New Appointment At The AMF's Investment Services And Asset Management Division

Bruno Gizard, managing director in charge of the Investment Services and Asset Management Division, is taking retirement and will leave the AMF on 1 July 2010. As of the same date, he will be replaced in that post by Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux, currently head of investment services and products.

Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux joined the investment management and products department of the Commission des opérations de bourse in September 2002 and became head of the department in July 2003. With the creation of the AMF, the department's remit was extended and it became the Investment Services and Products Department. Pauline Leclerc-Glorieux was appointed head of department on 1 August 2006 and will continue to serve in that capacity until 30 June 2010. Ms Leclerc-Glorieux is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and is a member of Corps des Mines.
