“NASDAQ has attended the China Hi-Tech Fair for the past four years and we are pleased to be back again this year,” said Mr.Stuart Patterson, NASDAQ’s Senior Managing Director for Asia Pacific. “A NASDAQ listing provides Chinese companies with access to what we believe is the fairest, fastest and most transparent market in the world. Mr. Patterson noted that five new Chinese companies have listed on NASDAQ this year alone, making a total of 11 Chinese companies listed on NASDAQ. Further listings are expected during the remainder of the year.

Mr. Patterson’s participation at this year’s China Hi-Tech Fair marks NASDAQ’s second visit to China in recent weeks, following speaking engagements in September at the China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen and at the World Economic Forum’s China Business Summit in Beijing.
