The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. today announced it has retained Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ:HSII) to assist in its search for a new chief executive officer. The search is being led by NASDAQ Board Member Frank E. Baxter, chairman emeritus of Jefferies Group, Inc.
