NASDAQ Remembers Victims Of September 11th

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. today observed the events of September 11 th 2001 by remembering the many victims that lost their lives following the attacks. The NASDAQ Stock Market will honor America's heroes with a moment of silence to be held today at 11:00 a.m.

NASDAQ President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Greifeld commented, “Tomorrow is a day of remembrance and sorrow for our nation and for the world as we mourn the devastating attacks to our country and our people. As we commemorate the third anniversary of September 11 th , we should also reflect with pride on the resilience of our economy and the fact that our nation continues to move forward in a spirit of courage, leadership and excellence .”
