WHAT: NASDAQ OMX President, Magnus Bocker will give the keynote
address on the global capital markets at the Japan Society
Conference titled "The Future of Global Capital Markets."
Magnus Bocker will offer his perspective on the current
economic landscape, including insight on consolidation
among stock exchanges, the current capital raising
environment, convergence of regulation, as well as
Japan's economic opportunities in this new environment.
NASDAQ OMX has six listed companies from Japan and provides
technology to seven exchanges in Asia including a
partnership with TOCOM, the Tokyo Commodities Exchange
in which it provides trading and clearing technology.
