NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ: NDAQ) today announced that Mr. Adam Kostyal has been appointed Senior Vice President of NASDAQ OMX Corporate Client Group and head of European listing. Mr. Kostyal will head European listing and corporate solutions sales efforts for NASDAQ OMX effective immediately. Mr. Kostyal will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Bruce Aust, Executive Vice President of Global Corporate Client Group.

Europe continues to be a key region for our listings and corporate solutions business and with Adam’s extensive capital market knowledge he has our full confidence in taking on this new and challenging role,” said Bruce Aust, Executive Vice President of NASDAQ OMX.
Mr. Kostyal has been with NASDAQ OMX since 2001 and most recently he was Vice President of Market Technology sales responsible for sales and business development for the European, Central and Eastern European regions.
