Catelas ®, the leading provider of'Relationship Forensics' solutions for email and electronic communications, announced at SIFMA's Compliance & Legal Society 46th Annual Seminar a new partnership with NASDAQ OMX (Nasdaq:NDAQ) to offer Catelas compliance, risk monitoring, and investigations solutions to corporations, broker-dealers, exchanges and regulators as a complement to, or integrated with NASDAQ OMX's SMARTS, the industry's leading and award winning market surveillance platform for real-time cross-asset surveillance.

By combining the Catelas solutions with NASDAQ OMX's SMARTS trade surveillance platform, customers globally will be able to investigate trading alerts by uncovering the relevant people, relationships and communications associated with an alert. Users will have the ability to visualize internal and external relationships, monitor for behavioral risk and significantly reduce the investigative time per event by focusing efforts quickly. Automatically correlating trades with people and what they say will allow compliance officers to see the complete picture on a single screen for the first time. The benefits are a more efficient process and a far more robust compliance and supervisory program.
