Nasdaq Liffe Markets Announces Additional Security Futures Contracts - QQQ 1000 Share Contract Introduced

Nasdaq Liffe Markets, LLC (NQLX) announced today the listing of 10 additional security futures, as well as a new future based on 1000 shares of the QQQ. These new listings add to the 14 security futures contracts that include futures on NASDAQ and Russell-based exchange traded funds. The new contracts will be available as of market opening on Wednesday, November 20, 2002. In alphabetical order:

  • Bank of America Corp. (BAC)
  • Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO)
  • Citigroup Inc. (C)
  • Dell Computer Corp. (DELL)
  • Johnson & Johnson (JNJ)
  • JP Morgan Chase and Co. (JPM)
  • KLA-Tencor Corp. (KLAC)
  • Texas Instruments Inc. (TXN)
  • Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. WMT)
Futures on Exchange Traded Funds
  • Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking Stock (QQQ) 1000 share contract

The QQQ 1000 share contract is in addition to the original QQQ 100 share contract.
