Mr. Hopkins will report to Adena Friedman, Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Data Products. Mr. Hopkins is currently Senior Sales Director of Market Data Distribution and plays an instrumental role in the distribution of NASDAQ's premier data products, including TotalView(SM). Since TotalView's inception in 2003, Randall has worked with the data distribution team to improve the product and increase sales.

Beginning January 23, Mr. Hopkins will oversee the Market Data Distribution department and assume responsibility for NASDAQ's real-time and historical market data feed products, including continuing sales efforts for TotalView and OpenView(SM), as well as bringing new data products to market. Additionally, Mr. Hopkins will serve on the Unlisted Trading Privileges Plan's Operating Committee as NASDAQ's senior representative.
