NAGRON Nationaal Grondbezit In Next 150 Index. New Composition Next 150 Index

Following the official result of the takeover bid by the Spanish company Grupo Dragados for the Dutch company Hollandsche Beton Groep (Next 150), Hollandsche Beton Groep will be removed from the Next 150 Index.

The change for the Next 150 index will be effective as of Monday 15 April 2002.

The highest ranking constituent of the reservelist by market capitalisation as at the close of business on 10 April 2002, replaces Hollandsche Beton Groep in the Next 150 Index. Following ranking analysis, the Dutch company NAGRON Nationaal Grondbezit will enter the Next 150 index as of Monday 15 April 2002.
