Nagarro SE (ISIN: DE000A3H2200) has been listed in the Prime Standard segment on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since today. The shares had an initial listing price of €69.00.
The spin-off was accompanied by Commerzbank AG, which also acts as designated sponsor in Xetra trading. Baader Bank is the specialist for the trading venue Börse Frankfurt.
According to its own statement, Nagarro is a leading global digital product development company. As a spin-off from the IT service provider Allgeier SE, the company develops customised software for companies for which there is no suitable standard software. The company, headquartered in Munich, employs over 8,400 people worldwide, with locations in 25 countries.
