Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No EUR/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm and 6:10pm ET expiration times on trade date October 25, 2021; additionally, no GBP/JPY5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET expiration times on that day;

No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 26, 2021;

No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 27, 2021;

No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 28, 2021.
