In accordance with the provisions of the African Securities Exchanges act and the Regulations thereunder, The Executive Committee Members of the African Securities Exchange (ASEA) wishes to announce the following changes in the Association:

1. RETIREMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE

DR. Edoh Kossi Amenounve (ASEA President) retired as President of the Association on 7^th December 2022 after having served for 2 years in that position. The Executive Committee would like to take this opportunity to profoundly thank Dr. Edoh Kossi Amenounve for his invaluable service, leadership and contribution to the Association over the period he was the President.

1. APPOINTMENT OF EXCECUTIVES

The Executive Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of:

1. Mr. Thapelo Tsheole the  Chief Executive Officer of  Botswana Stock Exchange as  ASEA

President with effect from 7^th December 2022 

1. Mr. Celestine Rwabukumba the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Stock Exchange as ASEA

Vice President with effect from 7^th December 2022

1. Mr. Temi Popoola the Chief Executive Officer of Nigeria Stock Exchange as an Executive

Committee Member with effect from 7^th December 2022; and 

1. Ms. Abena Amoah the Managing Director of Ghana Stock Exchange as an Executive Committee Member with effect from 7^th December 2022.
