Mox Telecom AG Issues Bond In Bondm Segment - Investors Can Subscribe To The New Bond Issue Starting On 22 October

Mox Telecom AG is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue starting on 22 October 2012. With a total volume of EUR 35 million, the bond issue from Mox Telecom AG matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 7.25 percent. Investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. The bond issue bears the ISIN DE000A1RE1Z4 and is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.

Mox Telecom AG is the fifth company this year to issue a bond in the Bondm trading segment. The subscription period for the issue via the Bondm subscription box is expected to run up to 31 October 2012, but it may end early if the issue is oversubscribed. After the subscription period, the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment and regular trading.

There are currently 22 corporate bonds with a total volume of around EUR 1.5 billion listed on the Bondm trading segment, which was established in May 2010.
