Moscow Exchange (MOEX) completed its exit from Ukrainian Exchange by selling its remaining 23.09% stake in the company. In February, MOEX sold 19.9% of Ukrainian Exchange.
Additionally, in early February MOEX sold its stake in another subsidiary in Ukraine, PFTS Stock Exchange.
MOEX no longer has any investments in Ukraine. The transactions valued the stakes at or above the valuations of the assets on MOEX's balance sheet.
