Moscow Exchange: Risk Parameters Change For The Security SPCE-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 15.10.2021, 11-30 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 1062) and initial margins (up to 62.5 %) for the security SPCE-RM were changed. New values are available here
