Moscow Exchange: Risk Parameters Change For The Security QRTEA-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 28.01.2022, 17-04 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 450) and initial margins (up to 43.75 %) for the security QRTEA-RM were changed.
