Moscow Exchange: Risk Parameters Change For The Security IR-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 08.11.2021, 11-35 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 4642) and initial margins (up to 23.75 %) for the security IR-RM were changed. New values are available here
