Moscow Exchange: Risk Parameters Change For The Security ECL-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 21.01.2022, 13-27 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 14789) and initial margins (up to 17.5 %) for the security ECL-RM were changed. New values are available here
