Moscow Exchange: On Restriction Of Settlement Codes For Nasdaq, Inc. (NDAQ-RM) Shares From 21 July 2022

The following settlement codes shall apply to orders in shares of international issuer Nasdaq, Inc. (ticker NDAQ-RM; ISIN Us6311031081) as set out in the Moscow Exchange Trading Rules for the Equity & Bond, Deposit and Credit Markets and in connection with the forthcoming share split:

• from 21 July 2022, members may trade only settlement codes allowing settlement of trades no later than 10 August 2022,
• on 11 August 2022, only T0 and Z0 settlement codes will be available,
• on 12-28 August 2022, none of the settlement codes will apply,
• from 29 August 2022, all settlement codes permitted for this type of security will become available.
