Following up on the newsletter #119 "Spectra T+1 test environment upgrade to version 8.6"
PLEASE NOTE the non-backward-compatible changes in FAST SPECTRA 8.6 protocol:
1. The SecurityGroupStatus message ID changed from id="39" to id="45".
2. The SecurityTradingStatus field type changed from int32 to uInt32 in the SecurityGroupStatus template.
