Morgan Stanley Reduces Holding In Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding Clearing Settlement & Registry (HELEX)

Morgan Stanley informed the Company in writing on 19.05.2008 that on 13.5.2008 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding Clearing Settlement & Registry (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, Morgan Stanley indirectly holds 4.991% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.092% before the transaction).
