The Board of Directors of Montréal Exchange Inc. declared at its meeting held on June 22, 2006 a special dividend of $1.00 per share upon the outstanding common shares of the Company, payable on July 24, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business at 5:00 p.m. on July 17, 2006.
