The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced today the 42 finalists for the 2025 Global FinTech Hackcelerator and the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) FinTech Excellence Awards. The winners will be revealed at the SFF FinTech Excellence Awards 2025 dinner on 13 November 2025.
Global FinTech Hackcelerator 2025
2 This year’s Global FinTech Hackcelerator, organised by MAS and in partnership with Global Finance Technology Network (GFTN)
3 The finalists will undergo a four-day programme, during which they will be assigned mentors, and have opportunities to collaborate and network with corporates, investors and industry professionals to further refine their solutions and pitch.
4 The finalists will pitch their solutions at the Global FinTech Hackcelerator Demo Day at SFF on 12 November 2025. The top three winners will each receive S$80,000 in prize money. Following the competition, each Corporate Champion
SFF FinTech Excellence Awards 2025
5 The Awards, jointly organised with the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) and supported by PwC Singapore, seek to recognise innovative FinTech solutions by corporates and individuals that have been instrumental in transforming FinTech industry practices and spearheading the use of novel technologies in creating new growth opportunities, promoting financial inclusion and enhancing the delivery of financial services.
6 Five Corporate Awards and an individual FinTech Mentor Award will be presented. This year’s thematic corporate category is centred on AI.
7 155 submissions were received across the six award categories.
- For the five Corporate categories
[4] , 130 submissions were received, of which four finalists were shortlisted for each category. - For the Individual category, the FinTech Mentor Award, 20 submissions were received, of which four finalists were shortlisted.
‘FinTech Gives Back’ Initiative
8 For the third year running, the ‘FinTech Gives Back’ initiative saw nine members of the FinTech community contributing generously to support the Awards
