Mondo Visione Announces Mike StJohn-Green, Cyber Security Expert, Ex-GCHQ, As A Keynote Speaker For Mondo Visione Exchange Forum

Mondo Visione the leading source of insight and knowledge about the world’s exchanges and trading venues, organisers of the Mondo Visione Exchange Forum, has announced Mike StJohn-Green, Independent Consultant and ex-GCHQ, as a Keynote Speaker for the Mondo Visione Exchange Forum on 1 October 2019.

Mike StJohn-Green is an active consultant in cyber security, currently working with clients in the City of London and Europe. He is the technical advisor to the Information Security Forum, which publishes the internationally-recognised Standard of Good Practice, works with the IAEA, IEC and many other well-known organisations as a subject matter expert. He has also worked with private and public sector organisations on the role of the board in managing risk and opportunity arising from cyberspace. He co-authored a book on Cyber Resilience that was published in June 2018.

Mike retired in 2013 after 39 years in UK government, at GCHQ and then in the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance in the Cabinet Office. His roles in GCHQ included deputy director CESG, the Information Assurance arm of GCHQ.

This year’s Exchange Forum, chaired by Alderman Professor Michael Mainelli, Executive Chairman, Z/Yen Group takes place against the shadow cast by Brexit which has allowed New York to overtake London as the world's global financial hub and the UK due to leave the European Union on October 31, with the deadline now having been postponed twice over the past three years.
