The Minneapolis Grain Exchange (“MGEX” or “Exchange”) announced recent changes to its personnel, including a number of staff promotions and additions.
James Facente, past Director of Market Operations and IT was given responsibility for the MGEX Clearing House in a restructuring move to improve Exchange efficiency. He is now Director, Market Operations, Clearing and IT. Other operational changes include the promotion of Ben Lundgren to Senior IT Systems Administrator, Doug Fries to Supervisor, Floor Operations and Lars Olson to Supervisor, Clearing House.
In marketing, Nancy Krull was promoted to Director, Marketing.
Other staff positions added in recent months to further Exchange growth include Cindy Cotcamp, Tenant Relations Manager; Mike Johnson, Risk Manager; and Joe Albrecht, Marketing and Sales Specialist.
