In connection with the upgrade of Millennium Exchange to release 9.2, all customers are reminded to carry out conformance testing of their applications according to the policy and test cases set out in OSLMIT 502 Guide to Application Certification - issue 3.0. Conformance testing must be completed well in advance of go-live - preferably before customer dress rehearsal 4November, or by 17 November at the latest.
Some policy changes have been made in connection with MiFID II:
- Conformance testing can now be carried out independently in Oslo Børs’ customer test environment CDS, without Oslo Børs’ coordination. Notification of test completion must be sent to enablement@oslobors.no on the same day as the tests were executed, together with a completed OSLMIT 503 Application Certification Report.
- Customers must contact Oslo Børs to document certification of software, including where third-party (ISV) software is used. This can be done by referring to / attaching a copy of the certification report from the ISV in question.
- As with previous releases, approved certification reports from LSE, Turquoise, or BiT on Millennium 9.2 will also be approved as certification towards Oslo Børs.
