As previously announced, Oslo Børs will facilitate MIFID II's RTS 24 with a new gateway for the submission of mappings between short codes (included in orders messages) and actual customer identification.
Oslo Børs' trading members are required to connect to the new gateway. The enablement forms have been extended with the possibility to request access to OB Record Keeping.
An updated version of the OB Record Keeping documentation has been issued today and is available on our Delta web page. The gateway itself is available for testing. We request all tests to be performed with dummy values and not with real personal data.
As Previously announced, Oslo Børs will be MiFID ll compliant both in technical and rulebook terms from 3 January 2018.
