Quotation List “B” is for issuers who make the IPO of their securities by open subscription with the help of a broker and issuers who offer their securities for public circulation via the Exchange or involving a broker. Quotation List “B” is used for effecting transactions, connected with this offering, aimed at alienating shares.
Rosneft will be the first company to have its securities on the MICEX SE’s Quotation List “B”.
The Board of Directors of the MICEX Stock Exchange also established the size of the MICEX SE fee charged for services related to putting shares on the MICEX SE’s Quotation List “B”, performing expert examination of shares and the evaluation of the issuer.
Beginning from 19 June 2006, the MICEX SE charges the following fees for putting shares on the MICEX SE’s Quotation List “B”:
