MIAX Options has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to delete Rule 521(l)(5), Complex Order Obvious Errors, from its rules. The deletion of Rule 521(l)(5) has become effective and operative as of May 30, 2017.
Exchange Rule 521, Interpretations and Policies .03, governs the handling and processing of Obvious Errors in complex orders on MIAX Options, and has been effective and operative on the Exchange since April 17, 2017.
