MIAX Options - Monthly Trading Permit And Market Data Fee Changes - Effective January 1, 2015

Effective January 1, 2015, the MIAX Options Fee Schedule will be amended as outlined below:

• Increase the Monthly Trading Permit Fee for Electronic Exchange Members from $1,000.00 to $1,500.00
• Increase the Market Data Fees for the following:
  • MIAX Top of Market ("ToM")
    • Internal Distributor from $1,000.00 to $1,250.00
    • External Distributor from $1,500.00 to $1,750.00 
  • Administrative Information Subscriber ("AIS")
    • Internal Distributor from $1,000.00 to $1,250.00
    • External Distributor from $1,500.00 to $1,750.00

Please note that all AIS Market Data Fees will continue to be waived for distributors that also subscribe to ToM.
