MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-21 identifies options classes, including any related Mini Options, to start trading on April 17, 2013 through April 19, 2013, and, as set forth in Rule 510.01, will be included in the MIAX Penny Pilot Program.
As part of the MIAX Penny Pilot Program select options may trade in $.01 increments when priced below $3.00. Options priced at $3.00 and above will trade in $.05 increments.
Options overlying SPDR S&P 500 Trust (SPY) will trade in $.01 increments for all series regardless of the price.
