MIAX Exchange Group - 2023 State Sales Tax Update For Non-Transaction Services

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Pearl Equities Exchanges will begin collecting state-specific sales tax on the sale of certain non-transaction services for all Member and Non Member firms beginning January 1, 2023.  Attached is a summary of current taxable services and state specific taxability.
