MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), has recorded its highest open interest total of all-time, closing Friday’s activity at 94,970 contracts.
The Exchange continues to report high open interest numbers throughout the year. Open interest is more than double what it was five years ago at this time. Open interest has seen a 13 percent increase from this time a year ago.
