MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives clearing Organization (DCO), today announces record-breaking open interest after Tuesday’s trade date. The top five open interest records now all belong to the last five trade days and the top ten open interest records have all been set in 2014.
Total Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) and Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) open interest came in at 81,806 contracts after Tuesday’s trade date.
