MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), today announces record-breaking open interest after Wednesday’s trade date. Five of the last six trade days have broken the record.
Total Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) and Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) open interest came in at 81,998 contracts after Wednesday’s trade date.
