MGEX Membership Re-elects Board Of Directors

MGEX ("the Exchange") announced results of its annual Board of Directors (Board) election, held October 1, 2009. Re-elected to the Board were incumbents Gary S. Weber, Richard A. Dusek of CHS, Inc. and Michael L. Ricks of Cargill, Inc. Each will serve two year terms, effective immediately.

According to Jesse Marie Bartz, MGEX Chief of Staff and Assistant Corporate Secretary, five candidates ran for three available positions.

The Board will meet October 19, 2009 to elect the Executive Committee, Board officers and appoint the four public directors.

Their leadership will continue to provide a foundation as we work together to expand our position in the marketplace," Mark G. Bagan, President & CEO, MGEX said.
