MGEX Announces Extension Of Exchange Fee Incentives For AJC Contract

Date 16/10/2012

MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), announced the extension of reduced exchange fees for the Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) futures and options contract. These reduced exchange fees are:

MGEX AJC - Exchange Fees
Member Rate $0.00
Delegate Rate $0.30
Non-Member Rate $1.00
Clearing fees are $0.20 per side

These fees apply solely to AJC trades and have been extended through December 31, 2012. On January 1, 2013, exchange fees for AJC trades will be consistent with the exchange fees of other MGEX products.

Additionally, MGEX is offering further reductions for qualified participants through a Liquidity Provider Permit (LPP) program. Effective through December 31, 2012 any MGEX member or LPP holder who executes AJC futures or options trades will receive the equivalent number of Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) futures or options trades free during the same month. The
HRSW trades will be rebated directly to the participant after each month when corresponding AJC trades are made. The LPP application can be found on the MGEX website at www.mgex.com.

AJC futures and options trade daily, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. central time on the CME Globex® electronic trading platform.
