MGEX Announces Exchange Fee Incentives For New AJC Contract

MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), announced the following exchange fees for the new Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) futures and options contracts:

MGEX AJC Exchange Service Fees
Member Rate $0.00
Delegate Rate $0.30
Non-Member Rate $1.00
Clearing fees are $0.20 per side

 

Additionally, MGEX is offering further reductions for qualified participants through a Liquidity Provider Permit (LPP) program.  Proprietary trading groups and individuals who trade their own account may apply for the LPP program by submitting an application to MGEX.  The LPP application can be found on the MGEX website at www.mgex.com.

These fees apply solely to AJC trades and are available August 13, 2012 through October 31,2012.  On November 1, 2012, exchange fees for AJC trades will be consistent with exchange fees for the Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) contract.
