Merger Between Holding Bursatil Chilena (HBC) And Sociedad de Infraestructuras de Mercado S.A. (SIM)

Yesterday in Santiago, Chile, the merger by absorption of Sociedad de Infraestructuras de Mercado S.A. (SIM), which arose from the previous division of the Santiago Stock Exchange, into Sociedad Holding Bursátil Chilena S.A. (HBC) was approved, thus completing another important milestone in the regional integration of the stock exchange.
