Mercuryo, a leading global payments infrastructure platform, has launched on-ramp services on Injective, a lightning fast interoperable layer one blockchain optimised for building the premier Web3 finance applications. The first implementation of the on-ramp services is on the Injective Bridge, which allows bi-directional transfer of digital assets between other leading blockchain ecosystems and Injective.
The launch of the on-ramps will enable users on the Injective network to convert fiat holdings into a variety of digital assets, thereby opening up access to Injective’s flourishing decentralised finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
“Injective and Mercuryo share the same vision of bridging traditional payment methods with DeFi,” said Arthur Firstov, Chief Business Officer at Mercuryo. “We anticipate a ready uptake for these on-ramp services among Injective’s growing user base.”
“The introduction of Mercuryo as a new fiat on-ramp for the Injective ecosystem further simplifies the journey for everyday users to seamlessly access Injective,” said Eric Chen, CEO and Co-Founder of Injective Labs. “By providing a direct entry point for users to transition from fiat to crypto, this integration enables more individuals to participate in the growing intersection of traditional and decentralized finance, ultimately driving mainstream adoption of blockchain technology.”
