The role of the Registered Advisers is key to the future development of the market as all companies must rely on a Registered Adviser, who will assess the eligibility of candidate companies to list on the Market and will assist them to produce the information required at anytime. Their functions will be, among others, to help companies to comply with information requirements and check that they do so, revise the information they present and answer any questions put to them by the MAB market regarding issuers, their activity and the achievement of their goals.
