The Board of Directors of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) have agreed the appointment of Atom Management (ATOMM) as a Registered Adviser in the MAB for growth companies and its registration on the Advisers Register. With this incorporation the total number of Registered Advisers on MAB stands at 31.
Founded in 2008 ATOMM is a financial consultancy that specialises in IT-laden firms, with experience in start-up financing processes as well as expansion projects for companies with a strong IT and innovation component. Covering the whole national territory through its offices in Madrid and Barcelona, ATOMM is made up of a team of partners and engineers with technical, entrepreneurial and financial experience at a national level. The company provides financial advice suited to every stage in the life of the technological SME, including public financing of R+D, access to own network of business angels, rounds of risk capital, mergers and acquisitions, banking financing and MAB.
The role of the Registered Advisers is key to the development of the market as all companies must rely on a Registered Adviser, who will assess the eligibility of candidate companies to list on the Market and will assist them to produce the information required at anytime.
