The Supervision Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has announced the listing of Imaginarium on the Growth Companies segment of this market, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by MAB’s Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company’s listing is scheduled to take place tomorrow, December 1st, under the trading code IMG. Trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or "fixings", at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs. The special characteristics of the companies that are to be listed on this segment of MAB make it necessary to have a Liquidity Provider that boosts their shares’ liquidity, in this case Banesto Bolsa.
The aim of the Liquidity Providers is to promote the transactions’ liquidity, achieve a sufficient level of trading frequency and reduce price changes not associated with market trends.
Ernst & Young is to act as Imaginarium’s Registered Adviser. This figure is key as every company must have one of these firms, which will assess the eligibility of candidate companies to list on the Market and will assist them to produce the information required at anytime. Their functions will be, among others, to help companies to comply with information requirements and check that they do so, revise the information they present and answer any questions put to them by the MAB market regarding issuers, their activity and the achievement of their goals.
The Informative Report of Imaginarium - a Spanish multinational that specialises in children’s educational toys – is already available at www.bolsasymercados.es /mab, where visitors can find information about the company.
