Sense Communications International
The Oslo Stock Exchange Board has approved the listing of shares in Sense Communications International ASA for listing on the Main list. An exemption has been granted from the requirement in Section 2-1, third subsection of the Stock Exchange Regulations to the effect that the company shall have been in existence for at least three years and shall have carried out the most material aspects of its activities for at least three years, as well as the requirement regarding a positive operating result for at least one of the last three years.
At the same time, the board of the Oslo Stock Exchange resolved to list independent subscription rights in Sense Communications International ASA. A prerequisite is that a diversification is achieved that is equivalent to at least 100 shareholders who own one roundlot each and who are not affiliated with the company in accordance with Section 2-3 of the Stock Exchange Regulations, as well as that the shares in the company are listed simultaneously at the latest. The Oslo Stock Exchange Board has also approved listing of convertible bond loans in Sense Communications International ASA. It is also assumed that the shares in the company are listed simultaneously at the latest.
Furthermore, it is assumed that a prospectus be prepared that fulfils the requirements of the Stock Exchange Regulations in respect of a prospectus in connection with stock exchange introduction. The President of the Stock Exchange shall be authorised to determine the first day of listing for the above-mentioned securities, however, no later than 17 January 2001.
Unit 4 N.V.
The board of the Oslo Stock Exchange resolved to admit the shares of Unit 4 N.V. for secondary listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. A quotation agreement shall be entered into, cf. Section 23-7, second and third subsections of the Stock Exchange Regulations. The President of the Stock Exchange shall be authorised to determine the first day of listing, however, no later than 17 January 2001.
Benor Tankers, NCL Holding and Lysaker Maritime to be delisted
The Oslo Stock Exchange Board resolved to delist the shares in Benor Tankers Ltd. and NCL Holding ASA with effect from 21 December. The board has simultaneously authorised the administration to delist the shares in Lysaker Maritime ASA from the official listing as soon as the demerger in Teco Maritime enters into force.
Global Geo Services ASA – appeal
The board´s decision of 14 November 2000 regarding admitting the shares of Global Geo Services ASA for listing on the SMB list is upheld with the conditions stipulated, however, such that the required number of shareholders who owns at least one roundlot is changed from 500 to 300. The Presidents’s authority to determine the first day of listing shall be extended to no later than one month after the appeal has been concluded.
The appeal will be submitted to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee for consideration, unless the complainant should withdraw the appeal.

Sense is the largest operator of mobile telephone services without its own network in Norway and Sweden, and the company has entered into an agreement regarding utilisation of Sonofon´s network in Denmark.
