Meeting Of The Oslo Stock Exchange Board - Transfers From The SMB List To The Main List And Transfers From The Main List To The SMB List.

If the market value of the shares of a company which is listed on the SMB List has exceeded NOK 300 million for at least one year and the other conditions for listing on the Main List are satisfied, the Stock Exchange Regulations provide at § 2-2 first paragraph for the Stock Exchange Board to decide that the company's shares shall be placed on the Main List.
In this connection the Stock Exchange Board has yesterday resolved to transfer the following companies from the SMB List to the Main List with effect from 3 January 2000: Opticom, Visma and
SPCS Group.
If the market value of the shares of a company which is listed on the Main List have had a market value below NOK 300 million for at least three years, or if the market value of the company's shares has been below NOK 150 million for at least one year, the Stock Exchange Regulations provide at § 2-2 first paragraph for the Stock Exchange Board to resolve that the company's shares shall instead be listed on the SMB List.
In this connection the Stock Exchange Board has today resolved to transfer the following companies from the Main List to the SMB List with effect from 3 January 2000: Askia Invest, Belships , Aktieselskapet Borgestad (A- and B-shares), Byggma, Eidsiva Rederi, Industriinvestor, Ivar Holding, Nomadic Shipping, Simrad Optronics, Bjølvefossen and Sydvaranger.
