Two additions to the Main List

Fjord Seafood

The Stock Exchange Board approved the listing of shares in Fjord Seafood ASA on the Main List of the Oslo Stock Exchange. This decision is conditional on the production of a prospectus which meets the requirements set out in the Stock Exchange Regulations in respect of a new listing.

The first day for listing is to be determined by the President of the Oslo Stock Exchange with the proviso that this must be no later than 17 October 2000.

Hands

The Stock Exchange Board approved the listing of warrants to purchase shares in Hands ASA on the Main List of the Oslo Stock Exchange. This decision is conditional on Hands ASA, prior to the listing, entering into a written commitment to adhere to the provisions of the Stock Exchange Act and the Stock Exchange Regulations in respect of companies with listed shares for as long as the warrants remain listed.

The Stock Exchange Board also approved the listing of shares in Hands ASA on the Main List of the Oslo Stock Exchange. This decision is conditional on the company´s shares attaining a sufficiently wide distribution. If the requirements in respect of distribution and value of holdings for a listing on the Main List are not satisfied, the company´s shares will instead be listed on the SMB List.

The listing of the warrants and shares is conditional on the production of a prospectus which is approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange. The first day for listing of the warrants and shares is to be determined by the President of the Oslo Stock Exchange with the proviso that this must be no later than 17 October 2000.

Five companies removed from listing

The Stock Exchange Board has resolved to delete the listing of the following companies: Proxima: The President of the Oslo Stock Exchange is authorised to determine the last day of listing. Navia: The last day of listing is to be 13 September 2000. Stento, Industrifinans Forvaltning and Bjølvefossen: The last day of listing is to be 14 September 2000.
