Meeting Of The Board Of Oslo Børs On 17 December 2003

At it's meeting 17 December, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA to be listed at Oslo Børs. Given that the share issue is comming out as planed, first day of listing is expected to be 18 December 2003.

The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA to listing on the SMB List of Oslo Børs. Admission to listing will be conditional on the company raising a minimum of NOK 200 million through its planned share issue, in accordance with the company´s plans for the share issue and the listing at Oslo Børs.

The Board has autorised the President of Oslo Børs ASA to determine the first day of listing, but with the proviso that this must be no later than 28 January 2004.
