Meeting Of The Board Of Oslo Børs On 22 June 2006

At its meeting on Thursday 22 June, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Clavis Pharma, Ability Group, Aker Floating Production, Trolltech and Interoil Exploration and Production to listing on Oslo Børs.

Clavis Pharma ASA to be listed on Oslo Børs
The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Clavis Pharma ASA to listing on the SMB List of Oslo Børs.

The Board stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must satisfy the requirements for the number of holders of one round lot or more of the company's shares set out in Section 2.4.2 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and for more than 25% of the shares to be admitted to listing to be held by the general public, cf. Section 2-1 of the Stock Exchange Regulations. In addition, the company must publish a listing prospectus approved by Oslo Børs, and must raise at least NOK 155 million of new equity through its planned share issue.

The Board authorised the President of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 5 September 2006.

Ability Group ASA to be listed on Oslo Børs
The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Ability Group ASA to listing on Oslo Børs.

The Board agreed to exempt the company from the requirement that a listed company must have been in existence for at least three years and have carried out the major part of its business for at least three years, cf. Section 2-1 of the Stock Exchange Regulations. The exemption was granted since the business of the company has been in existence, but has been carried out by different legal entities, and the company has presented financial information for these underlying legal entities.

Admission to listing is conditional on the company raising at least NOK 450 million (net) of new equity through its planned share issue prior to the first day of listing in order to satisfy the requirement stipulated by Oslo Børs for liquidity and solidity. The Board also stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must satisfy the requirements for the number of holders of one round lot or more of the company's shares set out in Section 2.4.2 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and for more than 25% of the shares to be admitted to listing to be held by the general public.

The Board authorised the President of Oslo Børs to decide on which List the company will be included and to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 5 September 2006.

Aker Floating Production ASA to be listed on Oslo Børs
The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Aker Floating Production ASA to listing on the SMB List of Oslo Børs.

The Board agreed to exempt the company from the requirement that a listed company must have been in existence for at least three years and have carried out the major part of its business for at least three years, cf. Section 2-1 of the Stock Exchange Regulations. This exemption was granted because analysis of the company is very largely dependent on factors that are available to the market in other ways, and the market therefore has access to sufficient information to reach an informed opinion on the company. Based on an overall evaluation, Oslo Børs has concluded that an exemption from the requirement for the company to have been in existence and carried out the major part of its business for at least three years is in the interests of investors and the public.

Prior to the first day of listing, the company must publish a prospectus approved by Oslo Børs, publish a statement on the independence of its board of directors and have a composition of the companys board of directors that satisfy the requirements of Oslo Børs for the independence of the board from the mail shareholders of the company, its management and its main business connections.

The Board authorised the President of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 5 September 2006.

About Aker Floating Production
Aker Floating Production plans to build, own and operate a fleet of minimum four Aker Smart FPSOs, targeted at mid sized and smaller oil companies through the conversion of existing tankers based on a flexible modular design. Aker Smart FPSO Technology is expected to generally meet the oil companies requirements in the benign shallow to deepwater areas. This also represents the largest future growth area for development of new FPSO projects.

Trolltech ASA to be listed on Oslo Børs
The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Trolltech ASA to listing on the Main List of Oslo Børs, or alternatively to the SMB List.

The Board stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must satisfy the requirements for the number of holders of one round lot or more of the company's shares set out in Section 2.4.2 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and for more than 25% of the shares to be admitted to listing to be held by the general public, cf. Section 2-1 of the Stock Exchange Regulations.

The Board authorised the President of Oslo Børs to decide on which List the company will be included and to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 5 September 2006.

Interoil Exploration and Production ASA to be listed on Oslo Børs
The Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Interoil Exploration and Production ASA to listing on the SMB List of Oslo Børs.

The Board agreed to exempt the company from the requirement that a listed company must have been in existence for at least three years, cf. Section 2-1 of the Stock Exchange Regulations. The exemption was granted since the business of the company has been in existence, but has been carried out by different legal entities.

Prior to the first day of listing, the company must publish a prospectus approved by Oslo Børs, and publish a statement on the independence of its board of directors in accordance with Section 2.3.4 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The Board also stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must arrange at least USD 20 million of additional liquidity, either through its intended borrowing or by issuing shares.

The Board authorised the President of Oslo Børs to decide whether the company has arranged the additional liquidity required and to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 5 September 2006.
