The value of equity session trading on the WSE Main List in May 2010 was the highest ever in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and amounted to PLN 45.6 billion.
May statistics were also special because two sessions with the highest value of trading took place that month: PLN 6708 million on 12 May and PLN 5011 million on 26 May.

The record-high value of trading in May was largely driven by the IPO of PZU, the biggest European IPO since the end of 2007 and the biggest IPO in the history of the Polish capital market.
The value of trading in PZU shares on the first trading session was PLN 5,101.34 million, the highest value of trading in shares of a single company in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
